I must admit some of us here at DDC were not looking forward to a 2 hour plus drive to Plattekill to do a show and then come right back, but by the time it was over we all agreed it was worth it! What a fun crowd we had! From the very grateful man who won a bottle of Budweiser, to the "nuns," the $1 winner, to a special appearance by Mr. Rogers!! Only in Plattekill would they want to take a picture with "the dead girl!" The Garden Cathay is a beautiful place... our Linda and her husband Tony stayed the night and loved it. Before the show we were treated to some great food as well. If you're looking for a nice, quiet, and peaceful place or if you want to get some golfing in try the Garden Cathay! Or come May 30 when we return to make joyful noise there once again!
